*Tournaments include Super Regional’s and AAU Championships and 20 hours of practice time in May and June.
All regular season tournaments must be completed by Regional’s 2012. Tournament monies will not be carried over to the post season. If you cancel a tournament and we do not get refunded, then you will not be refunded, and it will count as one of your tournaments! If you do not play in all of your tournaments by the second week in May, then you will forfeit these tournaments. Those teams participating in AAU’s will have additional fees in March and April and teams participating at Junior National’s will have additional fees in May and June.
We will accept credit card payment. MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express.
Strength and Conditioning Training will be included for all 16’s-18’s athletes. Strength and Conditioning is not included in the 12’s-15’s price. You may contact Cap Elite directly to inquire about their programs.
Deposits are due the day of try-outs and will be non-refundable. All monthly payments must be paid on August 15th, September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15, January 15, and the final payment is due on February 15, 2012. Members will not be allowed to participate in practice or tournaments if their payments are not current. There is a $5.00 convenience fee for credit card charges. Deposits cover uniforms, equipment costs, coach’s registration fees for Lone Star and AAU’s, referee clinics and advancement courses (Impact or CAP Clinic)
Fees include gym rental, salary for head coaches and assistant coaches, master coaches, Friday practices, travel and out of state expenses for coaches, uniforms, travel bag, practice and tournament volleyballs, volleyball carts, tournament entry fees, administrative fees and printing costs.
Fees do not include transportation to and from practice sessions and tournaments, hotel, food, airfare and out of state tournament expenses.
A 5% discount is offered if payment is received in full by August 15, 2011.
10% discount on second child in family.
20% discount on third child in family.
All teams advancing to National Junior Olympics will have additional monthly fees for May and June. If you have committed to these teams, you will be required to attend all qualifying tournaments. If unable to meet these qualifications, your daughter will be moved to another team.
