| Entries will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. The tournament will consist of 18 foursomes and a |

| shotgun start with 1 team teeing off from each of the 18 holes. If an individual is interested in signing up, a team |

|
|
| will be reserved for them once four individuals have registered and paid. Checks and credit card payments |
|
|
|
| are welcomed. |
